As Business Development Representative, you are the first link in the sales process. You are responsible for identifying new opportunities and laying the foundation for long-term client relationships. From the office or from home, you work closely with our Account Executives. Together, you form a strong team that brings in new clients and makes a difference.
Your mission?
- Executing cold outbound campaigns via phone, email, social media and events to generate new leads.
- Proactively approaching potential clients and making the first contact.
- Getting to know specific markets, including analyzing customer pain points and needs.
- Qualifying leads and passing them on to our Account Executives for further follow-up.
- Work on your own deals with coaching from the team
- Collaborating and brainstorming with your colleagues to continuously improve and make an impact.

Here’s what a typical workweek looks likeA typical week revolves around generating and qualifying new leads: you research target markets and identify customer needs, proactively reach out via calls, email, social media, and events, and start conversations with potential clients. Throughout the week you follow up, qualify opportunities, and pass strong leads to Account Executives, while also working on your own deals with coaching from the team. Along the way, you continuously collaborate with colleagues to share insights, refine your approach, and improve results.
