Job description

As a Mendix Consultant, you work in a multidisciplinary team designing, building, and further developing custom low-code applications for a diverse range of clients across various sectors. Projects vary in size and duration — from four weeks to a year — meaning you continuously encounter new domains, technical challenges, and business problems. No experience with Mendix or low-code yet? No problem. We provide extensive training and guidance so you can grow in your role.

What are my responsibilities?

As a Mendix Consultant, you are involved in the full lifecycle of an application. You translate business requirements into smart technical solutions, develop high-quality Mendix applications, and deliver them successfully together with your team. In close collaboration with the client, you continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and get the most value out of technology. As a Junior, you take on responsibility for your own functionalities as quickly as possible, with the right guidance from your team of course. After an internal training, you learn primarily on the job — the fastest and most enjoyable way to develop yourself.

This is roughly what a working week looks like:

You switch effortlessly between technical work and client interaction. One day you're building new functionalities, the next you're aligning requirements with stakeholders or contributing ideas on process optimization. You enjoy complex challenges, think ahead, and understand that success comes from strong collaboration.
