As a Junior Mendix Consultant at Ciphix, you join a team of bright minds who build real low-code applications for real clients across all kinds of industries. Projects range from four weeks to over a year, which means the game constantly changes: new domains, new challenges, new problems to solve. You're never riding the bench. From the start, you own your features, translate business requirements into working Mendix solutions, and deliver together with your team.
You question everything why does this process work this way? What would happen if we approached it differently? You take the work seriously, not yourself. Later in the week you might be reviewing your work with a senior consultant, getting sharp feedback that makes the next version better.
