Job description

Do you have a nose for opportunities and do you thrive on closing deals? Can you build lasting relationships and guide potential customers from first contact to signed contract? Are you ready to own your pipeline and make a real commercial impact? Then we are looking for you as our Sales Executive!
As Sales Executive, you are a key driver of our commercial growth. You don't just open doors — you walk through them. You manage the full sales cycle, from identifying the right opportunities to closing deals and building long-term client relationships. You work closely with our internal teams to ensure every client gets the right solution at the right time.
Your mission?

  • Owning the full sales cycle — from first outreach to signed deal.
  • Proactively identifying and approaching high-potential prospects via phone, email, social media, and events.
  • Deeply understanding customer pain points and translating them into compelling, tailored solutions.
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline, and consistently hitting your targets.
  • Developing long-term relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to sharpen your approach and drive continuous improvement.
Here's what a typical workweek looks like
A typical week is dynamic and deal-driven. You start by reviewing your pipeline and prioritising the opportunities that matter most. You reach out to new prospects, hold discovery calls, deliver pitches, and push active deals forward. You negotiate, handle objections, and close. Throughout the week, you stay close to your existing clients to spot upsell opportunities and ensure satisfaction. You share insights with the team, refine your pitch, and keep building toward your targets.

Your mission

  • Executing cold outbound campaigns via phone, email, social media and events — building and owning your pipeline from the ground up.
  • Proactively identifying and approaching potential customers, opening doors others haven't knocked on yet.
  • Developing a sharp understanding of specific markets: reading customer pain points, mapping needs, and spotting opportunities before they surface.
  • Qualifying leads with a critical eye and defining deal strategy independently.
  • Running your own deals end-to-end — you know when to ask for input, but you don't wait to be coached through every step.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to sharpen your approach and raise the bar across the team.
