As a Medior Mendix Consultant, you work in a multidisciplinary team to design, build, and further develop customized low-code applications for clients across various industries. Projects vary in size and duration, which means you continuously encounter new domains, technical challenges, and business questions.
You translate business requirements into smart technical solutions, develop high-quality Mendix applications, and deliver them successfully together with your team.
Projects range from short-term implementations to longer transformation programs — giving you the opportunity to quickly gain experience in different environments and technologies. With approximately 1–3 years of experience in Mendix or low-code development, you bring a solid foundation and continue developing your skills within projects.
Within the team, you are given the space to deepen your expertise in Mendix, integrations, and architecture. At the same time, you collaborate with experienced colleagues and continue to develop yourself through training, certifications, and knowledge sharing. This allows you to grow both as a consultant and as a developer.
During your three-month onboarding at Ciphix, you dive into a great mix of technical learning and social interaction. With support from your buddy, you quickly find your way around the tools, processes, and team culture. Each week brings new challenges that help you grow and build confidence.
