Your first month at Ciphix

Onboarding

During your three-month onboarding at Ciphix, you dive into a great mix of technical learning and social interaction. With support from your buddy, you quickly find your way around the tools, processes, and team culture. Each week brings new challenges that help you grow and build confidence. It’s a warm, structured start that sets you up for long-term success

Getting to know your stuff

You’ll gain access to a powerful combination of online courses and our in-house knowledge platform. Expect plenty of hands-on practice, clear learning paths, and the opportunity to earn your certifications quickly. We make it easy to grow your skills, stay ahead in your field, and build confidence from day one.

Getting to know the Ciphians

You’ll work from your own office with your own close-knit team, but you’re welcome everywhere. Meet colleagues across departments, join for lunch, and drop by the weekly social drinks. Getting up to speed
