As a Workato Specialist at Ciphix, you design, build, and maintain scalable and secure integrations for a wide range of customers across different industries. Projects typically run from a few months to a year, which means you are constantly reading new landscapes, adapting fast, and delivering solutions that actually hold up over time. You question why systems are disconnected, why data sits in silos, and why manual work still exists where it should not. Then you fix it. You translate business requirements into smart integrations, build robust recipes, and make sure what you deliver drives real efficiency for the people using it every day. You start working on your own project as soon as possible, always supported by your team. You take the work seriously, not yourself. And when you leave a customer, the connection you built keeps running long after you are gone.
Your mission is to connect what should never have been disconnected. You are responsible for the full integration lifecycle: from analyzing complex business processes and system landscapes to designing automation solutions that link applications, data, and workflows seamlessly.
That starts with understanding the business. Why does this process require manual intervention? Where does data get lost between systems? What would the customer's operation look like if everything talked to each other the way it should? You ask those questions, design the answer, and build it in Workato. You eliminate manual work, break down data silos, and unlock value through integrations that are as elegant as they are reliable. After go-live, you stay involved. You monitor, improve, and make sure the solution keeps performing. You do not deliver and disappear. You make sure the impact lasts.
No two days look the same, and that is exactly the point. One morning you are deep in Workato, building and testing a recipe that connects two systems that have never spoken to each other before. That afternoon you are with a customer, mapping their process landscape and spotting three integration opportunities nobody had thought to prioritise yet.
Later in the week you might be presenting your technical approach to a stakeholder who does not speak your language, making the logic clear and the business value obvious. Or you are reviewing a colleague's work, catching an edge case before it becomes a problem in production. You switch between technical and consultative naturally, because you understand that the best integration means nothing if the people around it do not trust it or understand what it does for them. You stay ahead of the game, not just in your Workato knowledge, but in your understanding of what the customer actually needs next.
