Job description
We’re looking for someone who loves keeping digital solutions in top shape—and enjoys making them even better. As part of our team, you’ll help maintain and improve the dozens of Mendix and UiPath applications we’ve built for our clients over the years.
You’ll help keep the dozens of Mendix and UiPath solutions we’ve built for our clients running smoothly—and make them even better whenever possible. No experience with Mendix or UiPath yet? No worries, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
Your work ranges from fixing bugs and resolving incidents to implementing small and large enhancements. Some days you’ll be fully focused on the tickets assigned to you; other days you’ll catch up with your clients to see how things are going.
Are all applications and automations up to date? Are there new requests or upcoming changes we can already prepare for? And of course, there’s always time for a personal chat—about the home renovation or the dog that recently had surgery. Because in the end, it’s not just about technology; it’s about people.

Onboarding!
During your three-month onboarding at Ciphix as a Support Engineer, you dive into a great mix of technical learning and social interaction. With support from your buddy, you quickly find your way around the tools, processes, and team culture. Each week brings new challenges that help you grow and build confidence. It’s a warm, structured start that sets you up for long-term success.
