As a Workato specialist, you work in a growing team of enthusiasts xxx
You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable and secure integrations using the Workato platform for a wide range of customers across various industries.
Projects vary in scope and duration, typically running from a few months to up to a year, giving you exposure to different domains, and technical and business challenges.
The Workato specialist plays an active role throughout the entire integration lifecycle: from analyzing complex business processes and system landscapes to designing elegant automation solutions that connect applications, data, and workflows seamlessly. You translate business requirements into smart technical integrations, build robust recipes, and deliver high-quality iPaaS solutions that drive efficiency. Together with your team and the customer, you continuously look for opportunities to eliminate manual work, break down data silos, and unlock value through intelligent automation.
You start to work on your own project as soon as possible, always supported by your team. After internal training, you will start learning on the job asap! That is the best way to learn fast.
You are eager to learn, enjoy solving complex challenges, and feel comfortable switching between technical tasks and interaction. You think ahead, and understand that success is built through strong collaboration.
