Business Consultant

Ciphix is seeking a business consultant to assist our clients in capturing untapped value. At Ciphix we build things right, and we build them fast. But if we don’t manage to build the right thing, it’s all wasted effort. That is were you come in. Together with the client you determine what that 'right thing' is: what is the most valuable for our clients? And, what does value mean to them? Subsequently, after go-live of the new solution, it’s important you help the client in capturing the value we discovered in the beginning. Turn the value on paper into value in real life.

• In this role, you will serve as a vital link between business and technology, leveraging your interpersonal skills to guide customers toward successful outcomes. You should have experience with automation or low-code platforms and be adept at navigating conversations across various teams and levels, both internal and external, to fully understand client needs and align them with our solutions. As a member of Ciphix, you will be at the forefront of innovation.
• You will be involved early in the process—often during sales—to help define project scope and establish a foundation for success. Leading Sprint 0 workshops, where stakeholders are aligned, processes mapped, and requirements validated, will be one of your key responsibilities, alongside maintaining hands-on involvement throughout project execution. You can expect to manage 2-3 projects simultaneously, each at different stages. A close-knit business consultant team will be available for collaboration, along with direct interaction with implementation teams.

You map out complex technical architectures, win over skeptical clients with the right mix of insight and humor, and translate tech-speak into language the C-suite actually understands. You're equally comfortable in boardroom discussions and with operational teams, analytical and conceptual, but never lose sight of the people side of the equation. You build relationships that last and have enough technical savvy to bridge the gap between IT and business without breaking a sweat.
